We deliver to all and any postal address around the world. Our courier agents are DHL/ UPS/ FEDEX /SPEED POST. To ensure that no disputes arise due to this, kindly make sure that someone is there to receive the package when courier delivery is attempted. No deliveries are made on Saturdays & Sundays in most countries where 5 day works culture. Also on Festivals courier companies have holidays. Further deliveries are generally made during normal working hours of courier companies and these vary from country to country.
Shipment Processing Time :-
We timely shipped the material as per Purchase Order/Proforma Invoice/Agreement. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment Types :-
A. EXW- Ex Works
Indian Emporium is not responsible for any expenses like Air Freight/Sea Freight/Customs and Taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Indian Emporium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
B. FOB - Free on Board
Indian Emporium is hand over material after clearance from Indian customs to CHA of customer after this not responsible for any expenses like Air Freight/Sea Freight/Customs and Taxes (at destination port), Local Transport(at destination country) applied to your order responsibility of the customer. Indian Emporium is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
C. CIF - Cost, Insurance & Freight
Indian Emporium is shipped the material door to door delivery but any expenses like Customs and Local Taxes (at destination port) applied to your order responsibility of the customer.
